Phase 1: Unlock the Top Section
Slide the blue horizontal block at the top right to the left.
Move the green vertical block on the left downward.
Shift the purple horizontal block in the middle upward to clear breathing room.
Phase 2: Free the Chained Blocks
Work around the 10 and 12 blocks by sliding the orange blocks at the right side upward.
Move the cyan vertical block near the right corridor down to loosen the path.
