Level 901 in Color Block Jam introduces a compact but deviously layered challenge. The puzzle combines frozen blocks, chained numbers, and locked keys, all arranged within narrow corridors that make maneuvering difficult. At the top left, a frozen 5 block sits behind ropes, while the chained 11 block above it prevents early progress. Meanwhile, the middle section is crowded with brown numbered tiles like 8, 10, and 14, which block access to the keys needed to free the upper layers.
The best approach for this level is to start from the bottom right. Focus on freeing the red and blue keys near the lower corners, as unlocking these first will open critical side passages. Slide the purple and orange blocks outward to give yourself movement room, then bring the red key toward the central lock. This will remove one layer of restriction, allowing vertical green and brown pieces to slide more easily.
Once the bottom corridor is clear, shift attention upward to the 8–10–14 section. Move the green vertical block down to widen the center, then slide the brown 8 and 10 aside to align with the frozen 5. As soon as the left key is freed, use it to release the rope around the frozen block, clearing space for the upper row. Afterward, unlock the black 11 chain and reposition the blue and purple blocks around it.
By this point, the upper and middle layers will start aligning naturally. With the frozen 5 released and the chains removed, it becomes easier to slide the 14 and 6 blocks into the correct lanes to complete the puzzle.
This level is all about sequencing keys before frozen tiles. If you rush to free the top before clearing the bottom, you’ll quickly block all side lanes. Always prioritize unlocking the bottom keys first, then deal with the chained numbers and frozen section in that order.
A frequent error is trying to unchain 11 early. Since it’s positioned in a cramped top corner, any attempt to move it before freeing the 8 and 10 blocks below will result in deadlock. Another common mistake is moving the purple vertical block too soon, doing so traps the green lane and cuts off your access to the center.
Color Block Jam Level 901 rewards patience and layered planning. By freeing the bottom keys first, then unlocking the middle brown blocks, you’ll open enough pathways to tackle the frozen 5 and chained 11 at the top. The key to victory is keeping your moves deliberate and always maintaining an escape route through the central lane.
