Level 3 Basics – Your Starting Line

Here’s the setup on this 3x4 grid:

  • Red block (row 1, column 2): A horizontal 2-space block, itching to slide right.
  • Blue block (row 2, column 1): A vertical 2-space block, ready to scoot over.
  • Gates:
    • Red gate → Top-right (row 1, column 4).
    • Blue gate → Middle-right (row 2, column 4).

Obstacles: None—just a clean slate to learn the ropes.

4-Step Roadmap to Win Level 3

Here’s how to ace it in 4 smooth moves:

  1. Kick Blue Down: Slide Blue down 1 space (from row 2, column 1 to row 3, column 1)—clears the lane for Red.
  2. Zip Red Right: Push Red right 2 spaces (from row 1, column 2 to row 1, column 4)—locks into the Red gate. Done!
  3. Nudge Blue Back: Pull Blue up 1 space (from row 3, column 1 to row 2, column 1)—resets its path.
  4. Finish Blue Strong: Shift Blue right 3 spaces (to row 2, column 4)—straight into the Blue gate. Victory!
