Step 1 – Free the Right Lane for the 7-Block
Move the orange curved block on the lower right upward.
Shift the green block on the right to create a vertical gap.
Step 2 – Create Left Lane Space for the 15-Block
Move the orange curved block on the lower left downward.
Slide the blue horizontal block left to free the column.
Step 3 – Clear the Central Obstruction
Move the green L-shaped block out of the middle to open both lanes.

Step 5 – Exit the 15-Block
